Virtual EMDR Refresher Course

Cost: 175.00 Register by August 30, 2020…This training requires completion of Level 1 and Level 2 Basic training.
Presenter: Patti J Miller M.A. is a Licensed Psychologist and co-director/ co-founder of Midwest Center for Trauma and Emotional Healing. She is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and is faculty for the Level 1 and Level 2 EMDR Basic Training through Midwest Center for EMDR Therapy and Training. Patti is passionate about equipping therapists to work with Complex Trauma and clients who experience dissociative abilities. She brings expertise and grace to her teaching.
Learning objectives include:
• AIP Understanding of trauma processing
• Necessary conditions for effective reprocessing
• 8 Phases of EMDR Therapy- goals of each phase
• EMDR 3 Prong Protocol and Targeting Sequence Planning Trouble shooting stuck places
• Neurology of Trauma Overview as it relates to safely implementing each of the 8 phases of EMDR Therapy
